TrustRadius integration

Identify businesses that show buying intent.

Overview

TrustRadius is a buyer intelligence platform for business technology. They enable buyers to make confident decisions, through comprehensive product information, in-depth customer insights, and peer conversations.

With this integration, TrustRadius and Clay work together to help companies improve their sales and marketing by identifying businesses that show buying intent for their products.

Creating a table with TrustRadius

  1. In a workbook, click + Add at the bottom.
  2. Search for TrustRadius and select from the results.

Source Find Companies with Buying Intent

Build lists of companies based on their intent activities.

Inputs:

  • Activity type label
  • Activity date
  • Main object vendor
  • Main object category
  • Account size
  • Minimum annual revenue (USD)
  • Maximum annual revenue (USD)
  • Account sector
  • Account industry
  • Company limit
  • Activities limit per company
  • Maximum credit cost (current: 6K credits)
Note: Each intent activity per company costs 20 credits. To control your credit usage, set limits on activities per company, total companies, or maximum credit cost.

Activity Type Description
Comparison view When a buyer views a product comparison page (can contain 1–3 products).
Features scorecard click When a buyer clicks the “Features Scorecard” navigation.
Product details click When a buyer clicks the “Product Details” navigation on a product listing.
Product overview click When a buyer clicks the “Product Overview” navigation on a product listing.
Product paid CTA click When a buyer clicks a paid CTA to visit the vendor’s website.
Product pricing click When a buyer clicks the “Pricing” navigation on a product listing.
Product reviews click When a buyer clicks the “Reviews” navigation on a product listing.
Security click When a user clicks on a link to a Whistic security profile.
Service offering details click When a buyer clicks the “Service Offering” navigation on a listing.
Category view When a buyer views a category page.
Comparison click When a buyer clicks the “Comparisons” navigation on a product listing.
Competitors view When a buyer views the “Alternatives” (Competitors) page.
Product listing view When a buyer views a product listing page.
Product pricing view When a buyer views the “Pricing” page for a product.
Review view When a buyer views a specific review page for a product.
Reviews and ratings view When a buyer views the "Reviews and Ratings" page for a product.
