Ocean.io integration

The Ocean.io integration in Clay helps you discover companies similar to a specified target based on criteria like size, industry, location, and technology.

This feature is ideal for identifying potential clients, partners, or competitors.

Enriching data with Ocean.io

1. While in a Clay table, click Add enrichment and search for Ocean.io.
2. Under Integrations, select one of the Ocean.io options.
3. In the modal, you will be asked to Select Ocean.io account.
   • If you have your own account, click + Add account and go through authentication. Otherwise, use the Clay provided key.

Action Find lookalike companies with Ocean.io

Use this action to identify companies similar to a specified target based on custom filters like size, industry, location, and keywords.

Inputs

• Company Domain: Enter the domain of the target company.
• Domains to Exclude (Optional): Specify any domains to exclude from the results, separated by commas.
• Headquarter Geolocation Latitude and Longitude (Optional): Enter the latitude and longitude of the target’s headquarters for geolocation filtering.
• Headquarter Geolocation Radius (Optional): Define the radius (in meters) around the specified geolocation for filtering.
• Company Sizes (Optional): Filter by company size ranges.
• Revenue Ranges (Optional): Filter by revenue ranges.
• Primary Countries (Optional): Specify primary countries where the company has a presence.
• Keywords (Optional): Add keywords to filter the company description, separated by commas.
• Industries (Optional): Filter by industry sectors.
• Technologies (Optional): Filter by specific technologies used by the company.
• Include Only E-commerce Companies (Optional): Filter results to only show e-commerce companies.
• Limit Results (Optional): Set a maximum number of results to be returned, with each result consuming a credit.
