Loxo Overview

Loxo is an AI-powered talent intelligence platform that combines ATS, CRM, and recruitment tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance performance.

Within Clay, you can efficiently manage your recruiting process by finding and creating people, updating their information, and importing them from Loxo lists.

Setting up Loxo and Clay integration

To set up the Loxo integration, connect your Loxo account by adding your API key. You can access this in the Settings > Connections or via any integration panel.

Available Actions with the Loxo Integration

Action Find Activity

Use this action to retrieve a list of activity records, such as notes, emails, or tasks, associated with a person on a Loxo-hosted platform directly within Clay.

Setup Inputs

• Person ID: (Required) The ID of the individual for whom activity data is to be found in Loxo. Typically sourced from a previous action.
• Activity Type: (Optional) The specific type of activity you want to locate (e.g., notes, emails, tasks).

Action Find Person

Use this action to locate a candidate profile using an email address, LinkedIn URL, or Loxo ID within a Loxo-hosted platform directly in Clay.

Setup Inputs

• Email Address, LinkedIn URL, or Loxo ID: (Required) The unique identifier (email, LinkedIn URL, or Loxo ID) of the person you want to find. Note: The LinkedIn URL must be a regular, non-sales navigator URL.

Action Create Person

Use this action to add a new person record directly into your Loxo account.

Setup Inputs

• Name: (Required) The name of the person to be added.
• Description: (Optional) A brief description or notes about the person.
• Email Address: (Optional) The person’s email address.
• LinkedIn URL: (Optional) The LinkedIn profile URL of the person.
• Phone Number: (Optional) The person’s phone number.
• Personal Website: (Optional) The URL of the person’s personal website.
• Current Job Title: (Optional) The current job title of the person.
• Current Company Name: (Optional) The name of the person’s current company.
• Person Owner ID: (Optional) The owner of the person record in Loxo.
• Tags: (Optional) A comma-separated list of tags to categorize the person.
• Add to List(s): (Optional) The lists in Loxo where this person should be added.

Action Update Person

Use this action to update an existing person record in your Loxo account, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information within Clay.

Setup Inputs

• Person ID: (Required) The ID of the person to update, typically retrieved from a previous action like “Find Person” or another Loxo source.
• Name: (Optional) The updated name of the person.
• Description: (Optional) Any additional notes or updated description for the person.
• Email Address: (Optional) The updated email address of the person.
• LinkedIn URL: (Optional) The updated LinkedIn profile URL of the person.
• Phone Number: (Optional) The updated phone number of the person.
