In March 2026, Clay introduced a new pricing model to give you more flexibility and value. The new model uses two simple usage meters: Actions (measures platform usage of enrichments and GTM execution) and Data credits (for accessing data from our marketplace).
What this means for you: If you’re on and choose to stay on your legacy plan, you'll keep your familiar pricing and all the features you have today. However, you won't have access to new features and integrations that we build going forward.

FAQs
How long will legacy plans be supported?
Legacy plans will be supported for the foreseeable future with bug fixes, security updates, and quality of life improvements. We may sunset legacy plans in the long term as they become a smaller part of our customer base.
Can legacy customers get new features if they pay extra?
No. New features (Ads, new integrations, advanced orchestration) are only available on modern plans. Legacy customers must migrate to modern plans to access them.
What happens if a legacy customer changes their plan?
After April 10, 2026 11:59pm PDT, any plan change forces migration to modern plans. Legacy customers cannot switch between legacy plans or return to legacy plans once they leave.
Do legacy customers benefit from the 50% credit price reduction?
No. Only customers on modern plans see the data cost savings in-product. Rule of thumb: If you're charged for actions, you're on new pricing and see credit savings. If you're NOT charged for actions, you're on legacy pricing and do NOT see credit savings.
Can legacy annual customers renew early?
Yes for Starter and Explorer annual plans. No for Pro annual plans — requires GS or support intervention, which may be used as an upsell opportunity to Enterprise.
What's the difference between priority support on Growth vs. legacy Pro?
Legacy Pro plan economics (higher CPC, no action charges) cannot support the same level of priority support investment as modern Growth plans. Only modern Growth+ plans qualify for priority queue support.
